Sub-processors
The external providers Certivo may engage to deliver the Services. In this evaluation environment all providers run in sandbox mode and no live customer data is transmitted to them. This is a template for evaluation and must be reviewed by counsel before production use.

Each sub-processor is engaged under data-protection terms consistent with our Data Processing Addendum, and Certivo remains responsible for the tasks it delegates.
Change notifications
We provide advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles personal data, giving customers an opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To subscribe to change notifications, email privacy@certivo.uk with the subject line "Sub-processor updates".
